If you all you do is drag race then no, if you just want a better performer then yes. Help me out Tech gods... If you drag race then you want the weight of the flywheel spinning to keep you in the higher RPM's longer. If you do any sort of racing where you are up in down in the gears a lot then you want less centripital force so you can recover the RPM range faster. Other people smarter than I know more but thats my understanding.

Anytime you can reduce rotating mass is a good thing. My car revs so much faster with an aluminum flywheel and driveshaft I am very satisfied with mine.

not exactly, you'll need that extra intertia if your running big drag slicks at the track...but how many of us do that?

FYI i got my fidanza for 274 shipped off of ebay, thats brand new in the box!

IMO its a waste of money, unless you have serious intentions of doing a road race car etc etc the money can be better spent someplace else (like suspension etc)

350 bucks comes close to getting you some adjustable shocks/struts, and I guarentee you that makes about x10 more difference than an aluminum fly.

Do you have flywheel and driveshaft? I feel like with the combo there will be increased performance. And for those wanting to know i will be putting the combo on my car in about 2 weeks.
