Thanks for the info because lately I have not been running 87 I have been running 91 octane. I don't have a manual because the car did not come with one and to be safe I ran 91. Since I bought the car used and have no history of what performance mods have been done to it. Is there a way to find out what kind of parts were put on the car through like car fax or something like that.

If you only have the mods that you have listed you will be just fine on 87. But if you get more mods and get into a tuner where you have a tune, you will need to upgrade.

if i am supposed to run 87 why does my car run so much better with 93

id run 89 just to be on the safe side
