what block does 97 cobra have??

me and my friend are wondering what block the 97 cobra has... his looks to be aluminum.. but we thought they were suppose to be steel till 99??

Best damn block there is, the teksid block. It is an aluminum block. Teksid is the company that makes ferrari's engine blocks.
