Diablo Tuner

Is the diablo tuner a plug and play tuner... meaning do i have to pay extra for more tunes like you would with a sct..... or when you buy it is it ready to use?..... and has tunes already on it?

SCT has tunes on it that you can just plug and play too. You can upload more tunes to each tuner.
