Default Brakes

whats everyone's opinions on the best brakes for the street use on mustangs?

baer (sp?) makes a set of drilled/slotted rotors for the mach1's, my dad has those on his vette and they are some of the best brakes i have put my foot into. but are there any better applications out there?

Just buy some slotted and drilled rotors... maybe some carbon ceramic pads if you love being hard on them. That's about all you can do without laying out a fortune ($2000)

Mach 1's and Cobras have the same brakes.

Edit: Your brakes are only as good as your front traction! Big tires up front will help a LOT.
