Low Coolant light comes on?
I have a 96GT and recently, the low coolant light came on while driving so I checked and the coolant is full. Sometimes it will come on and stay on for 20-30 mins, come on for 30 seconds and go off, or not come on for a few days... any thoughts? THANKS!!!

get this looked at immediatly, i had a problem with my 98 gt. same exact senario as you, anyway long story short i took a road trip to virginia, and while on I-95 my engine temp went wayyy to the right and i over heated, the colling fans blew and i was left stranded on the road. So take this seriously

No it is a common problem. All it is isa bad sensor. Turn the car off, take the key out, and unplug the sensor. I check my fluids every weekend so its not a big deal as far as if I'm low on coolant.
