i'm a vert too and i have a bbk o/r x on my stock headers. it's pretty easy to do, the rear bolts to the catback are very accessible, but the bolts to the headers require an extension and are a pain. if you do it yourself be careful with the front o2's, they're a little hard to get to, especially if you have big arms and hands

+ 1 to what shadow said. I had to torch one of my bolts that goes to the catback cuz of rust but other than that and the front right side of the x pipe its pretty easy. The right side bolt on the bottom is the hardest cuz u have to use a deep well 15mm but the way it hits the metal u have hardly enough room. and the o2's are a bi**h, I had my girlfriend do it cuz they are weay up there.

for me, the passenger side bolts weren't as hard as everyone made it seem but getting the o2 sensor harness was a different story [:@]

I thought the x-pipe install was relativly easy. I needed a swival socket, extension, and breaker bar. Make sure you have a new gasket handy for the right side if it is damaged. The O2 sensors I just unclipped and once the x-pipe was off I unscrewed them.

Install LT's, then you never have the problem of getting to the H pipe again. Course the install is a little harder on the LT's.
