Default Ford Handling pack

I am going to get a mildly upgraded suspension for a low cost. Does anyone know if this is a good pack or does it sound good? It is the ford racing 1994-2004 mustang handling Kit M-5400-A. Any info or thoughts would be great.

Here is a link to the parts he is looking at:

Its not too bad of a deal IMO, but I have no personal experence with this kit. 540 bucks for springs, shocks, struts, and swaybars isn't too bad though. This is more of a handling kit than a drag racing kit, just so your aware, its probably not gonna help out on launch. Kit also lowers the car (it claims) .75 inch.

I was considering that originally, but then I decided to just buy everything seperate over time. It will probably cost more, but you have more choice of parts.
