if its that tough to get off you need some pb blaster , or my favorite , a cheater bar . just find a piece of pipe or something very sturdy and hollow that you can put the end of the ratchet in to make it longer. you will have a shiit tone more torque on the bolt that way. that was the only way i could get that bolt off.

Itried that but it just seems to move the pipes, not the nut. I got a swivel just now, but I think im just stripping the bolt....

all I am doing so stripping the the bolt, what will Pb blaster do?

They sell at sears these special sockets that are fore getting stripped bolts off they work pretty good. also if you don't want to buy the set get a smaller size 12 point socket that barley fits on the bolt and hammer it on, thats how I got my locks of my wheels that should work too! if all else failsi would try a blow torch if that doesn't work cut the bolt on both ends of the flange and try using a big bit to drill right through the bolt, it should break but I woul leave that as your last resort.

Okay, I finally got the gasket on and I tightened all the bolts as tight as they go. The rattling noise is gone but the clicking noise isn't. It’s not as noisy this time around and it only happens when I'm in gear. It clicks faster as the RPMs increase. This might be normal but I hope it isn't. I don't believe that I have a leak, but who knows. Any suggestions?

you have a leak if you have a click.
