What bolt or stud size fits the manifold?

I don't remember. Hopefully someone here knows or knows where to find that info. I do remember my mechanic having some special socket that he used to unbolt the studs. Not really sure what it was called but he had to heat up the studs to get them out...well at least one of them b/c the other one snapped so he had to drill it out and re-tap threads on it.

What would be the best way for removing the manifold bolts? I don't think I'll be able to grind off the shoulders because of clearance issues.
