Default I am reading alot about oil changes my Q

car has 128K on it... keep using regular 5-30 with 1 qt of lucas every change since i bought with 104K
or is changing to synthetic worth it? I have always heard that will eat your seals up.

Anyone want to chime in.........

Do a search on this. There are a lot of threads on this subject. If you are unsure, just stop by a local Ford dealer and ask a mechanic. They will be happy to assist you with free advice.

synthetics DO NOT EAT YOUR SEALS UP!!!!!!! What happens is that synthetics are so light, that they will find leaks that dyno oils will not get into. I say keep doing what you are doing (unless you are using Motorcraft synblend withthe Lucas...causes foaming issues) because if it is not broke.....DO NOT FIX IT!!!!!!
