Cams(Not sure which one yet thinking about comp.) valve springs and valves
What do you guys think, will there be a big hp diference?

The thing that bothers him is, if he is going to pass the smoge test, its a obd2 i think he will, he has a bbk headers, o/r h pipe so no cats. And after all that if he finds the car still slow he will put a nicee s/c next year.

he's gonna need to put cats in to pass a smog test.... i love being somewhere that i don't need to do that.

He has the eliminators for the obd2, and in chicago i think they only check the obd

In chicago they test every 2 years. The hook up tubes to your pipes and do the sniffer test. So, no cats no pass. They also hook into your computer. I just slap my catted midpipe back on when I have to test.
