Default Required Reading - Lots of Tech Info

I found this really helpful adobe acrobat file. (if you dont have adobe acrobat, go download it) hopefully one of the mods will sticky this, as it contains valve, block information, capacities, etc. including torque specs for specific bolts. I hope this helps you guys. It says on the bottom its for expedition and navigator motors, but i assume since they are modular motors, most if not all applies to our 4.6's if not a tech can delete this thread.
