$5 to whoever figures this crap out.
finished my PI swap (98 GT, 2000 h/c/i)
Battery is fully charged
Turned over engine plenty of times, not smacking valves
Just changed the fuel pump but I cranked her for about 45 seconds total in short spurts.
Vacuum lines disconnected that I can't figure out =
One behind the motor that's a squishy rubber striped tube. Not going to help **** but that's the best I can do
One on the front of the Throttle Body, to the left of the weird filter **** that runs to your air intake
and the one vacuum like (it's a red and green line and if you unplug it, it makes your car sound cammed)
I figured she'd at least start and sputter with those lines disattached.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks

The vaccum lines might be the problem. i would just try and find some pics on google or something and find out where the lines should go. When I swapped the pi intake on my engine it ran like crap, I got new wires and plugs and she ran awesome. I would just make sure that you have spark at all the cylinders.

During the swap I put in headers, new MSD coil packs, new wires, plugs, throttle body, plenum, cold air, fuel filter, oil filter, oil power steering fluid blahblah basically everything I could

The line that goes from your IAC to your intake will make the car not run at all, it should be a fairly large line going through a black box (I assume is some sort of filter) and then into your intake.

That line is on, the other line that goes into your plenum I just plugged up and the motor idles fine. Here's what I need to know
The PCV vacuum line runs from where to where?

I don't know how you did your PI swap, but when I did mine, we disconnected all of the electrical cables in the engine bay. When I went to start it, we forgot 1 plug near the bottom front of the engine (passanger side). My car would crank, but wouldn't start. Make sure they are all plugged in.

same problem i just had with my 4v swap you need fuel pressure try and start it 10-15 times and pump the gas a little and it should start if everything is ok. I read in my manual.

if you can, get a spray bottle and spray it down your throttle body as someone tries to start the car.. itll help the car sputter a little and get fuel pressure up to get her running. (assuming the comment above me is correct)

It's a vent line that attaches to the passenger side valve cover. It needs to be plugged or run to the valve cover or you will have unmetered air entering the intake. That could keep the car from starting or starting and running with a really weak idle that almost dies if you give it gas.
and the one vacuum like (it's a red and green line and if you unplug it, it makes your car sound cammed)
Those lines sound like the EGR vacuum lineslines.
