Default 5.4 questions.

ok so i have to put mods on hold for a while because im going to UTI in pennsylvania in 16 days.but i got big plans when i come back. ive decided on the navi swap. can somebody tell me wat the best all motor heads and cams would be for the 5.4 dohc.i wanna make 400 rwhp all motor and i dont think it should be too hard as the Y2K makes 385 in stock form even if thats at the flywheel.

I would use a navi short block with forged internals and worked navi heads or shelby heads. Then have a custom intake made for it. You'll be at 400rwhp easily.

As far as I know, only the cranks are forged on the navigators.
