Well, the first time i rebuilt my Tranny, Like you had a Friend that can do it.... then again,3 months later it went again. So i just coffed up my Superchager fund on a TKO........ its up to you honestly, its not going to take much Power but you have CODE that has done MANY MANY MANY MANY Runs on the Stock 3650....... i guess you win some lose some.... Mine were a little cheaper for the Synchros(friend worked at FORd) in the process of Puting the Tranny back togeather we Broke a bearring so i had to buy the Whole Bearring kit....OUCHY!! Good Luck

A TKO would be the better of the evil. T-56 swaps are quite pricey. I was talked out of it by someone on this form. If you get a TKO 500 or 600 based on personal preference, only difference is the first gear ratio, you'll have to get a clutch kit(because of the tranny being 26 spline), bellhousing, and if I'm not mistaken driveshaft may be an issue(not sure) and maybe cross member. Best if you ask someone who's done it, like 2000GT4.6, he's done it and is very knowledgable on it.

the TKO500- is still a 10spline so u use your stock clutc
TKO600-26 Spline Clutch

You need a
[ul][*]Driveshaft Spacer-(little round piece of Metal you put at the end of ur driveshaft)[*]Crossmember Spacer- Metal Block that goes between Crossmember and Tranny(spaces it out more)[*]Bellhousing- exactly what it says, comes on the Tranny now you can take your tranny out and not mess with your LT's!!!!!
After that i had to Modify my Crossmember,I welded on another plate cause the holes didnt match...
