i just (last night) wired up my electric water pump to a 12v switched source and pump worked. i used pin/wire #9on the connector block at passenger side firewall. it's undera square plastic cover w/ a like 8mm bolt in the center of it. u can't miss it. wires are #ed on the connector block once u remove the cover...but just in case, it is the far left wire on the front row.

I got the power for my switch from the cigar lighter. As long as your running a switch to arm the nitrous with you can hook to a all time power source if you want to. The window switch instructions says to run one of the power wires from a ignition hot but you can run it from the arm switch so it'll power up the window switch when you arm the nitrous.

A window switch comes with a relay. The power coming from the cigar lighter will only be used to trip the relay. When the door inside the relay closes it connects two different wires which will power the system. If you notice, the window switch calls for you to hook up a ground and a power wire straight to your battery. That's where the system will get it's power to function. I have a separate fuel cell for my system with it's own fuel pump. I wired the fuel pump relay and the window switch relay up to the cigar lighter. The cigar lighter will have no problem powering up two relays I know from experience so your good to go.
