Default RE: which headers..

I have BBK LT ceramic coated and mines rusting in the middle of the cluster of pipes near the collector.... Its constantly getting water on it from the AC, on the passenger side. Next time I have to buy headers, im going midlength.

This rusting thing got me freaking out. I spent hours putting my long tubes on and dont want to mess with it again. I went with ceramic coated macs. My car is also lowered 2 inchs and I have not had one problem, I even go over speed bumps often. Also put a new starter on when you do it. Thats what I did. you wont regret it. Stage 8 locking bolts and a good set of gaskets are a must. do it right the first time. One more thing Check your ac lines before starting her up. I burned a hole in mine because I did not look. hope this helps.

LTs are the only ones worth doing, shorties are a waste of time and money.

IMO you arn't going to see virtually ANY whp differences in any of the brands, unless you have a really built car and your doing something like code3 with the stepped header design,.

not to hijack but with the bassani midlengths, do you need a shorty midpipe or will a regular one fit?

run from pace setter, i had a set on my GSR integra, any kind of paint, heat ready or not, will burn off and flake. They were crap to install and horrible qaulity, sure they cheap, but you get what you pay for.
