Default New clutch advise

I need to replace my whole clutch, should I take this as an opportunity to beef up my car a little and put in a stage 2? I dont really know much about clutches on the mustang GT's and clutches in general but i'm looking to learn. Whats a rough estimate of what I should expect to pay for a new clutch and labor?

-Thanks in Advance

Putting on a new clutch is pretty expensive, so make it a one time thing and get a good clutch. I bought a F1 racing clutch with Fidanza flywheel on ebay for about 500.Im happy with my clutch so far. Ive heard many good things about centerforce but have no first hand with them.
