Default 4:10 3:73 gears

What would be a good size gear to use in my car 4:10 3:73?
i had a lot of ppl tell me 4:10 for what i am going to be doing.
im looking to have my car at about 400hp thissummer.

if your going to boost it i recommend 3.73...If your going to N/a and spray 4.10

+1 if u want a good take off with top end get 3.73 but if u just track 4.10 i think will be the best to go
