Removing head rest. How?
I just gotta a set of Halo head rest off a '86 GT, how do I remove the '99 head rest?
I can't use this tutorial

as there is no zipper as mentioned for this style seat.
Anyone know how to remove these things?

Let me know when you figure it out. I felt like a dumbass when I couldn't figure out how to do it. I bought a light bar and I was trying to modify the seatbelt loops and couldn't get them to release. The instuctions say: Lift the headrest up all the way and insert a coat hanger in the slot of the headrest and push it all the way down. Then push the headrest down all the way, you will hear a click and then lift it back up. Good luck, I failed.

It took about 5 trys each head rest to get them off, but I got them off.
I finally figured out I had to pull the coat hanger out exactly at the same as I was trying to pull out the head rest, once I figured that out, it wasn't too bad.
