Has anyone ever done this? Im thinking I need to do this. Some jerk threatened to call the troopers on me b/c of my exhaust. I wanna hit em, but then he'll definetly do it. I hate people like that, but anyways I am NOT swapping for a catted x or h, no way no how. So what are typical prices ya'll have paid and do they ever rattle??

I had welded on some sheilds to my exhaust and passed emissions, lol. no they will not rattle if you get a good welder.
