Default 75mm TB to BIG?

Whats up everyone? I have a diablo,O/R X-pipe, cat back, CAI, and3.9 gears. I planon going FI but not for another season or two. Id like to keep working on getting it ready and was thinking of going with a 75mm T/B & plenum. However im worriedit will just hinder my car till i get somthing on it to boost it. Can anyone tell me wether or not i should actually see gains if i add them now?
