Default throw out bearing

I ran across town to Texas hot rods and ordered a spec clutch kit, but am curious because I've read so many times that the throwout bearing just loves to go out, this is the reason I'm replacing the clutch right now, is it reccommened or worth it to buy a heavy duty throw out bearing? the main reason I ask is because I really don't feel like shelling out $300 for labor a few months down the road.

I think you can get a HD 'racing' TOB from Ford?

It's worth a shot considering the stock TOB blows hardcore. Typical Ford garbage.
