mine seem to work okay. When I had regular bulbs in the headlights I could not tell that they were off. Then I put HID's in and it was very obvious they were off. I parked about 25 ft from a solid wall when the sun was going down and adjusted the screws, it took plenty of turns to notice movement, but a little movement at 10ft of so is a lot of adjustment at 75 ft

yea when i bought my car the right one was way higher than the left one, and it is hard to notice with the stock bulbs. you probably just have to turn the bolts a lot more to notice any difference, since their made for very small adjustments.

when you are adjusting, cover one of the bulbs with a dish towel or something to stop the light from going thru and just remember where it was on the wall. then do the same for the other side. you will be able to see the difference better if you are only seeing one light instead of both going to the same spot
