96-98 cobra ?

hi there i am looking into buying a cobra between the yrs of 96-98 but i was wondering if there is yr that is bad and i should stay away from and which yr is better (if there is a better yr).

Just look at HP ratings... I think '96 was lower?

lol. 96 was lower?????? 1996 had a few problems, first year they put it in the cobra. coolant problems esp. I would recommend finding a 98. Althought you should be ok with 97. My dad has a 97. no problems yet. with 45k miles on it.
