yea cecils where they tried to kick me out so i ran without tha juice. personally i like cages. nhra states that any convertible faster than 13.5 must have a cage. and i hate it when people ride in my backseat, and why wouldnt i want a cage for my daily driver? its only one bar that wouldnt be that difficult to get over. and i think a cage looks pretty sick in a convertible. im probably going to go with an 8 point.

I've been in cars with a cages (granted they didn't have swing outs) but it was a PITA to get in and out of. Also I've always been told that it not safe to have it in a daily driver because if you get into a wreck the cage can do more harm than good to you if you don't have a helmet on. I would also think it was odd seeing a car all caged up and only running mid 13's. But in the end it's your car, do what you want to it. Do you plan on getting a custom made cage or going with something from like Autopower, MM or one of the other companies.

i saw mm's and it looks pretty cool or maybe a competition engineering. i was thinkin mm's because i believe it comes assebled and is just a bolt in piece and i could jus then weld the baseplates in for my own preference.
