hi could anyone tell me if the stock blower on a cobra would produce more maximum output power on a 5.4. i know the cobras max out at like 450 to 500 with this blower and i assume at the same amount of boost the 5.4 would make well over this.

The only one that would work is the Lightning blower. The blower from the cobra wont even fit.

actually the blower would fit. use navigator or 0304 cobra heads (theyre different navigator has bigger ports) and reichard racing adapter plates.

Sounds like a pain in the a** man.

If you can easily get cobra heads why not stick with a 4.6 block and save up for a KB or whipple?

Any reason why you're going with a 5.4?

I have no personal experence, but I don't think it would work really well for that setup. Remeber that a larger displacment engine requires a blower that will support more CFM for the same level of boost. The stock eaton on the 03/04 termys are not exactly the largest or most efficent blowers out there, increasing from a 4.6L to 5.4L is not going to help out matters.

I would be more looking into either the bigger KB, a vortech T trim (or bigger) novi 2000, or ATI D or larger blower, or of course the lighting eaton if you want to keep it as cheap as possible (and you can find one).

5.4 for more displacement (self explanatory) and navigator heads are the highest flowing modular heads. and thanx for the info on the supercharger.
