So I just recieved my Diablo Sport tuner from a member here on MF.But I am having trouble adjusting the shift firmness.... When I go to modifythe parametersthere isn't any option that says shift firmness. Am I doing something wrong? Someone help me out! Thats one of the reasons I got the tuner!!

I got some help and it worked! Anyone know what to set the shift firmness to? And also the torque modulation?

What I would do...

1st - 2nd: +8mph
2nd - 3rd: +10mph
3rd - 4th: +15mph

Ok that sounds good so basically from the stock tune at 0:

1st- 2nd: Add 5
2nd-3rd: Add 8
3rd- 4th: add 8-10

Only reason asking is because it goes up to 100 and its not in mph. Im assuming now that its in mph.

Can't really help you with that question because I don't know what the 100 thing means. You can change it to anything you want. It won't hurt anything. The shifting firmness means how much faster you can go at WOT before it shifts to the next gear.

i.e. 2nd - 3rd +8mph faster before shifting. So if factory WOT shifts 2nd in to 3rd at 80mph then +8 will make it shift at 88mph. What I told you is just what I would do. Someone else chime in to be more specific please. Basically though, you should take the car out, get on it from a dead stop and see at what mph and rpm the car shifts in to each gear. Then add whatever YOU WANT/FEEL COMFORTABLE with. It won't hurt you to add 10mph+ to 2nd in to 3rd and up. Just watch the rpms

the SCT goes by the MPH, Diablosport has shift points at RPM and shift firmness on a scale of 0-200 i believe.... i would set the firmness at WOT no higher than 150, you dont want to put all that line pressure stress on ur tranny

It should say shift pressure ,set that to 35 PSI and set the WOT ( Wide Open Throttle) to 180 psi and it will kick much stronger over stock tune thats loaded on there.
