Default Need engine advice!

So a couple of months ago I started my car and it started to make like the sound an engine makes when it is starved for oil kinda like when you change your oil it has that sound until the fresh oil gets thru the oil pump and in the engine.

so i check the oil and it is full but still is making that sound really quietly.then i took it to the dealership to have it checked out and they said i just got some bad gas and to put some fuel injector cleaner in it. I kinda questioned their theory

it kinda went away for a while but i changed my oil about 900 miles ago and it is doing it again so i ask someone at work (I work at Saturn) and they think that since i am running Mobil 1 and a fram toughguard oil filter that it is filtering to much and thats why it is starving for oil when it first starts

but i just was wondering if this sounds about right to you guys and is my engine probably going to bescrewed in the long run?

oh and i read from someone else that used to have a 4V and he said it might be the hydraulic timing chain tensioners if thats what the are called and if the 2V even have them

the 2 vlave does have the hydraulic tensioners and it will make a terrible noise coming from the front cover of the motor if that is the problem, also on your oil filter there should be an anti-drainback ring so when the car is turned off the oil does not all drain back into the filter and starve the motor on start up, it looks like a wide rubber o-ring
