i just had some tint installed last week and noticed that there is a scratch about 3/4 inch wide that goes all the way up the window on the inside. what is warn out inside the door that is scratching it? and how do i fix it

 

There is felt guides inside of your door. They are cheap and relatively easy to replace. I would recommend you take a trip toa local automotive glass shop and let them do the work. It'll be cheap...
