I just did a tranny swap on my 96 GT vert. from a auto to a t-45. I changed ecm, pedals, wiring harness, etc.from a 96 5 spd. GT doner car. Everything is good except now cruise isnt working. I checked the usual, fuses, relays, cable, wiring,etc. Any thoughts

Make sure that your speed sensor is working. They tend to go bad. Mine was acting up and my odometer still worked, so they have to be two seperate things????

I replaced the speed sensor, in case that was the problem. BTW my current setup is a elec.unit with a gear on it. My old tranny had this AND a separate magnetic sensor. Speedo is fine, but no c/c

as for the cost of the swap..........i havent totaled it yet. lets see
450.00 used pedals, flywheel, harness, ecm,d.s.,etc.
750.00 rebuilt tranny plus 200.00 core plus 100.00 shpg.
200.00 spec clutch kit, frpp rel. lever
300.00 steeda cable and quad. and shifter

wow no wonder i'm broke!!
