diff between 2.5 and 3 inch mac exhaust??

is there a noticeable difference between the two?? cause there is a price difference for sure.

In theory the bigger diameter exhaust pipes should flow more. You're not gonna notice a difference and definetly don't need 3" on a engine with only 4.6L of displacement. Stick with 2 1/2 unless you are running A LOT of power.

cool. yeah i just dont understand why they would up the price by about 80 or 90 bucks for the larger diameter. Am i gonna lose bottom end with an exhaust? i have a prochamber and i noticed alittle loss on the bottom end.

This may not be the case with a mac catback, but when I had my o/r x and SLP LM I. I noticed a lot of loss down low. Put flows on with the o/r x and helped a great deal.
