Default MAC LT's/MAC Hi Flow Cats/40 Flows

I'm thinking of running this setup since the treehuggers hear in California have made it impossible to run exhaust without having to change it out every two years if I want to run without cats! I've read a lot of opposing views on LT headers as far as them making the car torquier versus they're only good if you modify the internals and they hang low. Will the Hi flows rob any power that the LT's make? Any comments on these and the setup I'm thinking of doing will be greatly appreciated. It's going on a 2003 GT 4.6!

I now runMAC LT's, BBK catted H, and flow 40's with a Procharger. I think it sounds awesome and I just switched from a BBK offroad H.With the o/r H it sounded raspier and more like a Harley which I didn't like. I thought I wouldn't like it but now I don't think I would ever want to change back. I can have a conversation in the car, I noticed my blow off valve sound when switching gears, and it makes a nice "hum" in the low RPM's. Plus now I can listen to my music at a comfortable level instead of turning it up so I don't have to listen to exhaust all the time.

You like the bbk catted h? I am in the market for a catted mid pipe, and would have gone with a mac, but they don't make them anymore

I know O/R midpipes aren't legal in CA but I thought long tubes were illegal also. Oh well, my state could care less how much my car polutes the air.

you think two years is bad in CA... try PA which requires inspection and emissions every year... that is why i am planning on getting long tubes to electric cutouts...
