you betchaI saw that pan and Im considering getting one for my bolt onN/A gt anyway. Just for the simple thing that it holds more oil and doesnt eat drain plugs like stock ford pans do, lol

the MMR pan will not fit without a k member upgrade... i still have my stock pan laying around with the hole already there for the tap... but you could almost take yours off and do it. i tapped mine with it on the car.

it says it in the instructions to the pan and also if you call mmr they will tell you.. they say you can do that or cut notch's in your stock k member, but i really dont think that sounds safe just from how much more flex it will have in the steel from it.

Hey racer02GTstang, I was wondering, how does your car do on the street with stage 3 heads and cams? I'm doing some forward thinking and I have heard the even Stage 2 is hard to deal with on the street. Is your car strictly driven on the track or do you drive it on the road with that setup? If on the road, how does the engine act at stop lights and such?
As for this whole tapping thing, someone gave me the idea to take the pan out and have a professional weld the valve where I need it. That sounds like a winner because I can ensure that no metal is in the pan AND the seal is as good as it will ever get. I llike that idea and I think that's what I'm going with. 96gtchinook, might be something worth looking int.

Also, what fuel pump are you going with? I am having the hardest time finding a straight answer from people as to which one will work, which one wont work and which one is good/bad. I have been told to get the Focus pump, but then I've been told it wont work for the 97's. What are you going with?

thanks trickdriller sounds like a good idea on the oil pan, i saw that they did that for the threads on the MMR oil pan. As for fuel pump I think either the holley 255 lph will work or ford racing's 255 lph( off cobras) will work. Somebody else's input would be great about this as well.
