Second Gear, 5000 rpm my car goes approximatelly 47mph, 4000rpm 37mph. Is it stock gears or aftermarket once?

 

only way to really tell is to pull your diff cover off and coun the teeth. What I would do is mark your driveshaft and count the revolutions with one rotation of your tire. This will give you rough estimate, yet close
