SOMTHING IS WRONG WITH MY CAR!!!

OK... Was going down highway... Everything going great... Started to loose power and bog down and then it would gain power 20 sec or later... got off highway. It was bogging almost changing every gear.. let off acceleration and heard some poping... I have new plugs and wires on it like 3 weeks old... Been running great.. now its doing this.. Im freaking out.. What do i do!? it would bog in and out... idle alittle rough not much just alittle as well.. HELP ME OUT!!

Is the "Check Engine Light" coming on bud? It could be alot of diffrent things but if that magic light is on it makes it alot easier.

Could be dammed near anything. Almost sounds like bad gas? Fuel pump maybe??

Get it to a mechanic. there is no way we can help you here without seeing the car.

Sounds like a tps (throttle positioning sensor) yea if your check engine light is on, pull your codes. no point in changing stuff if you dont know what it is, i highly suggest pulling your codes. Hell i hear you Americans have a store called "autozone" (i think) that will pull them for free.

Since you changed the wires and plugs a few weeks ago go out and wiggle the wires a bit and see if "maybe" one of them came loose on ya. When you were driving down the highway was it raining out or the roads wet? If you car shakes when you stomp on the gas you probably have nothing but a simple misfire going on. Your going to want to fix that ASAP though or risk burning a valve. Hope this helps some bud.

I have a 97 gt and sounds like a problem I had last year and it was when I changrd my plugs and wires. I put in bosh platiums and about 2 weeks latter started acting in the same way. It turned out to bee 2 dead plugs! hope this helps.
