Default where can I get this?

I need a 3 inch rear lowering kit for a 96 mustang GT who makes one?

coil overs is the only way to go unless you buy 2" sportline springs (HR or Eibach) and gt some adjustable lower control arms (maximum motorsports)

Is this a show car/ devoted track car? I don't think you could even street the car with a 3 inch drop. A penny in the road would chip your bumper.

you want that much drop spend the money and get the coil over kit from stangsupsension.com it about 1600 and well worth it i will be buying the same kit mid next year. you wont regret coilovers. and plus when you want to go to the track you can adjust them for it
