im thinking of geting a twin screw blower on my mach 1. my question is can i get a blower and keep my shaker scoop.

Twin screw? Nope. I'm not sure about a centri, though. I don't see why not.

Yes, you can still keep your shaker setup with a twin screw...ive seen a few machs with kb's and still have the shakersetup

they do make a kit guranteed for the centrifugal. Not sure where, but i am pretty sure you can buy a kit for the screwer

KB is by far the better pick, zero lag, and power everywhere not just at the top end like a centrifugal will go.
