best 01 gt mods?

best 01 gt mods?
well i have the camaro, a guy i work with has an 01 gt and is looking for some more ponies from the pony, what are the best bang for buck and what works good, he has the 4.6 auto version completly stock besides his clamp on k @ n and cat back exhaust.
For my car the fuddle 2800 stall did wonders, went from 12.71 to a 12.27, i looked through jegs and summit but i cannot find a stall for the 2001 auto mustang gt, isn't it just the AODE, also i think he has a 3.27 gear in the rear, what comes stock?, he is at 1600 rpm at 55mph, i told him to go at least 3.90 or even 4.10 in that rear. what other bolt ons are good for his setup? long tubes? underdrive pulley? tune? looking for good advise from people who have been there done that with these cars.

13.54 @ 104 2.049 60' stock 2.73
12.94 @ 109 2.002 60' full exhaust, lid, tune, nitto 555r 2.73
12.279 @ 111.06 1.740 60' full exhaust, lid, tune, nitto 245/50-16 555r 3.73 moser 12-bolt 2800 fuddle, ls6 intake manifold, slp under drive pully

+1 on the 410's and a tuner (tuner because hes gonna have to spend 60 bucks on a speedcal without a tuner to reset his speedo, and with a tuner he can make his tranny shift quicker). then i would say longtubes and a midpipe (mvr he already has a catback lol) then blower. i was gonna go full bolt on originally but im not even gnona waste the money for such meager gains. blower or bust (and the fact i finally saw my buddy rip on his 500rwhp cobra and it is sex on wheels...burning in 4th gear going 50mph just tapping his gas pedal)
