mine had the same problem, but its just when the idle got too low while decellerating. its just a matter or proper fuel management at idle rpms.

Check for a vacuum leak by using WD-40 and spray it around the plenum and motor while its running. My car had something small undone that the dealership forgot toput back onand it would just randomly shut off. That would be the first thing I would check.

When does this happen? Warm start ups? Cold start ups? More info please.

it will do it cold or hot and sometime it will hesetate SP. also when i satrt it up the rpms shout way up to 2300rpms. anything else ask i need help

well since you have a cobra, you redline around 6k, so a 2200-2300 start up would be normal seeing as my gt starts up around 1400-1500
