i am clueless as to what this will do for my car and are they only used for high HP numbers. i have close to all the bolt ons and was just wondering if this would be something to look into. thanks.

I don't know of anyone with stock heads/cams that needs or has performance rollers.I believe they are to improve vavle timing on such applications. I think you would only really benifit or need these if your vale lift has been increased. I'm not 100% sure though....
I do knwo they reduce friction which inturn reduces oil temps and that they also increase rpms... at least thats what I have read.

Those rocker arms are for pushrod motors. Not overhead cam motors. But they help with providing more lift if you get a higher ratio. Like from the stock 1.6 to 1.7. But by doing that it puts stress on the pushrods. Also it has a roler tip on the rocker arm and it takes friction out of the valve train freeing up horsepower. Also where the rocker pivots on the pedistal has a bearing which helps lose friction.
