Default selling engine

i have a 2000 mustang GT and im pretty sure it spun a bearing. i plan on fixing it and i can fix it for pretty cheap because i have access to all the machines i would need (except turning the crank). i plan on selling the engine when im done fixing it and building a cobra engine for more car over the winter. how much would a 4.6 with 76,000 miles and all new rod and main bearings go for? would i be better off not fixing it and just take it all apart and sell it part by part?
