PI heads flow about 158cfm on the intake side and SVO heads flow 206cfm and are without a doubt the highest flowing heads right out of the box. Though they are NPI you can get adapters from livernois for puting PI intake on them or port match the PI intake. Not sure how well the plastic intakes can be ground if at all though.
I have the SVO intake on my PI heads and there is a pic here somewhere that I may be able to locate. It is like the bullit but larger. I had to do a bit of small fabricating to get it onto the motor but it looks great. It even has bosses for the COP's so all I had to do was drill and tap them for the coils! Since I needed a new fuel rail setup I had to use a Bullitt system and that set me back $233. Simple bracket for the alternator was needed for a top bolt. Since the intake is metal I did the coolant mod while I had it getting readied and used 3/8npt threading to 3/8" ****** ends and the cooland crossover has an extra fitting that PI's do not need so I used one of those to get the coolant from the last 2 cylinders to the waterpump and radiator. Nice mod. With a mild set of cams this will make up to 20whp or a tad more which is again more than any other manifold that would be considered a street manifold! However both the heads and intake have been discontinued according to my information. They have been on backorder for months but still show that they will be made but don't hold your breath. The intake sells for $1550. without the install kit which includes the dual 57mm TB, throttle cable, EGR tube, gaskets, inlet tube, etc. but an extra $400. or so will get you those. Anymore questions?
1950 just to get an intake and all the parts to install it? Yikes!
i don't know, most of the sites i saw the SVO intake on, the intake and the install kit were actually like $2500ish, the 96-01 cobra intakes with their installation kits are even worse!

www.seanhylandmotorsports.com still lists the SVO parts though I would say he does not have them and the intake is $1550. and the install kit around $400. used is about the only way they will be found. Pricey anyways when PI heads cn be had complete for less than $400. each! Too bad Ford does not see the value in producing the parts in volume so the 2v guys could get then at affordable prices. Mark

Your flow rates are a bit off. PI heads flow on the intake165 cfm and the SVO heads flow 215 cfm. Ported PI heads will flow around 220-225 cfm so the svo heads are a much better starting point and ported will flow 235-240 cfm. Also all 3 heads (non-pi, pi, svo) have the same 150cfm exhaust flow but ported the they flow 170cfm, 190 cfm, and 200cfm which makes the SVO head great for a turbocharger setup.

Puttin SVO heads on a PI shortblock will lower the compression ratio from 8.8:1 to 8.4:1 on 99-00 GTs and from 9.0:1 to 8.6:1 on 01-04 GTs because the combustion chamber volume is 51cc compared to 44cc on the PI heads. Which means that NA these heads are not ideal for a stock shortblock you need to build it with smaller dish pistons to get the compression ratio back up.

I'm sure you can use the adapters that are out there for putting pi intakes on the non pi heads in order to mount the pi intake to the svo heads.

the patriot heads are normally already ported and polished to some degree, so yes they might flow better than SVO, they will be alot cheaper too. Bottom line though is the SVO is the best head, so if you'd have that P&Ped also, it would have the highest flow numbers of the 3 different2v heads.
