Bolt in's are useless as they require drilling into the chassis and that just makes the chassis weaker.. Cold air intakes gains are really debatable, if your looking for similar gains, remove the snorkel from your stock air box.
& install a K&N filter

I would say a tb/plenum does nothing as he does not have enough airflow to max out the stock one, in stock form that is. K&N is a good and readily available filter but whenever you change your filter just make sure you spray your maf down with maf cleaner, as k&n's tend to leak oil. pullies lower rotational mass thus increasing fuel mileage + free's up a few horses but if your gonna supercharge later on your going to need to replace the u/d pully with the stock one, keep this in mind.

The best bang for your buck is to get the pre dynoed packs from RPM outlet. Those guys know what there doin and have great customer service...
