I installed my digital MSD the other day and it was a snap. Is the Zex one set up for 1 cylinder operation. did you want to tap into the tach signal inside the car or under the hood? Let me know and I'll point you in the right direction. I mounted my MSD in my glove box and tapped my tach signal, power, and ground all in the car under the glove box in the passenger side kick panel. I only had to run 1 wire out.
Oh yeah... NX > ZEX

the tach wire was a bitch for me (i used msd tho but im guessing they use the same tach system). Im pretty sure I did single cyl. However you will not get the tach to work right unless you use a relay. If you want I have some self made schematics around here for wiring.

its a good thing you got the zex window switch with the zex kit man. i had a bitch using my msd window switch with my zex nitrous kit. this is because the zex nitrous kits and the zex window switchuse the tps of the nitrous kit to turn the kit on and off and the msd window switch uses the ground to turn the kits on and off. when i used the msd switch, it made my zex box go crazy every time it took away its ground. the zex nitrous box needs to have a constant ground for some reason. the way i fixed this is i put a wot switch with my zex wot switch together. the zex system usually uses your tps sensor as a wot switch but i used both. i know this sounds confusing but i was trying to fix this problem for a month. and finally fixed it. my idle would raise up and down with the zex sysems ground taken away and the power still hooked up. it had to do somthing with the tps wire. soo all in all if i were to do it again i would get the zex window switch. it hooks right up to the tps wire and control the nitrous system by giving and taking away the tps wire voltage.

haha thats the best way i can explain it. im still confused about this thing.

I use the Zex switch and an MSD GRM pickup. The pickup goes around the positive (red) wire on the individual coil. no need to tap into anything! It was a bit more expensive, but totaly worth it.
