Default flywheel inserts

I'm getting a king cobra clutch put in soon, and was contemplating buying a newflywheel. The last time I changed the clutch I had the flywheel resurfaced so I thought maybe it's time for a new one. Then I came across flywheel inserts by fidanza.

Just thought I'd get some input on these inserts before buying one. From what I hear fidanza is a respectable company.

It would work with one of their flywheels, not your stocker.
