the one you showed on the ebay link is what i bought (i bought it from some random website for 210$ shipped though). it has the TB and the gasket between the manifold and heads built into it. very simple to install, took me and a friend about 2 1/2 hours with beer/smoke breaks. only thing you probably dont have that you need is a torque wrench. it will have the torque sequence and torque specs on an instruction sheet. the install is dummy proof.

just make sure when you take the old manifold off you stuff some rags into the ports and clean the top of the heads so you get a good seal. DO NOT FORGET THE RAGS THOUGH (rags are so you dont drop anything down the holes)

i would do it yourself man...theres plenty of writeups and it took me and my dad 2 1/2 hours and it was the first time either of us had done an intake swap on stang...he has done one on his 89 iroc before though...just pull the stuff off and put it right back on, simpleee
