I totally agree with you. However, in reading around online I'm finding a lot of conflicting info. Some say the motors are primarily identical. Some say all the internals are different. Which brings me here. There are a lot of knowledgable members here. I'm hoping some will know with certainty. If I can use his entire longblock, then I can justify.

 

I'm not a tech but I'm fairly certain the internals are the same.
