the shop said they think its the pilot bearing ,and they have to drop the tranny to find out,the owner was telling me I could try to get the place i bought it from to pay the bill,cause I complained about the clutch and they said nothing was wrong and they had there mechanic check it,what do u guys think

Dropping the tranny is gonna be needed, no matter what is wrong(almost). Just let them do it, as long as they aren't trying to screw you. Clutch, TOB, Pilot bearing whatever. Replacing them shouldn't be that bad.
